2026 Project Manager’s Bootcamp Xpress
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's (KYTC) mission is "to provide a safe, efficient, environmentally sound, and fiscally responsible transportation system that delivers economic opportunity and enhances the quality of life in Kentucky." To maintain its project development success and further its mission, KYTC collaborates with the Kentucky Transportation Center (KTC) to deliver Project Manager's Boot Camp Xpress (XPress) training. The Cabinet requires that all consultant project managers intending to undertake project management duties on its behalf must have attended Xpress or be enrolled in the next available session.
To date, 455 participants have attended Xpress, with nearly unanimous praise for the course. It has been strongly endorsed by both the Cabinet's leadership and the consultant community. We look forward to seeing you at Xpress!

The Spring 2026 offering of Xpress is scheduled for March 26 and 27, 2026, at the Transportation Cabinet Office Building, Conference Center Room C117 in Frankfort, KY. The training will run from 8:30am to 4:00pm EST each day. Registration is now open, but space is limited. Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
