Online registration closes on October 12, 2021.
- Doors open at 7:30 am for registration with the opening general session beginning at 8:45 am. The conference will conclude at 3:00 pm.
- Fee includes all materials, refreshments and lunch.
- Fee is waived for retirees.
Cancellation Policy
Participants will receive a confirmation letter, map and directions prior to the conference. If registered and unable to attend, please inform us by October 1, 2021. If advance notice of cancellation is not received, the registration fee will be forfeited. However, a substitute may attend at any time.

Indoor Exhibitor cost: $350 – (includes 1 lunch; any additional lunch will be $40 each.)
Outdoor Equipment Exhibitor cost: $350 – (includes 1 lunch; any additional lunch will be $40 each.)
GOLD Sponsor: $1,000 with one free Exhibitor booth inside or outside your choice; any additional Exhibitor booth will be $350.
SILVER Sponsor: $500 with a discounted Exhibitor booth of $200; any additional Exhibitor booth will be $350.
BRONZE Sponsor: $250
All $100 sponsors will be listed as a Supporter.
