About Technology Transfer Program
Kentucky's T2 Program is designated a Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Similar centers exist in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. These centers share a common mission to "foster a safe, efficient, and environmentally sound transportation system by improving skills and increasing knowledge of the transportation workforce and decision makers."
