
In this foundational course on communication, participants discuss listening and speaking skills, social media, written responses, and public speaking. By breaking down barriers in communications, participants will be better prepared to communicate effectively with coworkers, managers, and the general public. Communications I and II can be taken in any order.
Those wishing to complete their Roads Scholar certificate or improve communication skills in the workplace.
